Our minimum order amount is $1500.00 and MOQ is 50pcs each item.
2)How long is the lead time if I place an order?
Sample order 15-20days and mass order 30days since order been confirmed.

30% deposit confirm order, balance before shipment
4) What is the Delivery term?
By UPS/FEDEX/DHL/EMS based on client's request
5) Could you do Packing for us?
Yes, each product will be packed in one PP bag, if you have special packing requirement like your own brand tag or box, please feel free to tell us before the quotation and production.
1) Can I have my logo stamped on the item?
Yes, we can stamp your logo on production orders, please send us your logo in AI format when you confirm the order.
2) What is the thickness for rhodium and gold plated? Can I make more thickness?
Normally we do 0.025 Micron both rhodium and gold plated, if you require more we could do as well.
3) Are the metals you are using environmentally friendly?
Yes, the products we produce are in compliance with REACH standard
4) Can you manufacture K gold and brass jewelry as well?
Yes, we have a complete production line to produce k gold and brass jewelry and ensure the quality

2) Do you provide professional photography for the jewelry I ordered?
Yes, we do provide a white background image, please contact us to get it after your order.
3) What can I do if I have repaired goods?
If the repaired goods belong to factory, we will repair them free of charge, so please inform us within 7 working days after receiving the goods; If the repaired goods belong to your after-sales service, we will charge a part of repairing cost.
4) Could you provide some jewelry care tips?
Keep it dry, away from chemical and sunlight;
Clean it using warm water & mild soap;
Wipe with a soft cloth
5) Can you offer any certification?
We do factory audits every year and can send you the BSCI report.
