1. Selection
Select the style of jewelry you want to order.
2. Quotation
Fill out a quotation to clarify your requirements.
3. Order Confirmation
Confirm your order.
4. Deposit(30%)
You need to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit.
5. Production(4 weeks)
It will take almost 4 weeks or more lead time for productions which depends on your order requirements.
6. Balance Payment
At the end of production, you need to pay the full balance(70% of the total amount).
7. Shipment
We will arrange the shipment as soon as possible according to your requirements.
About Return
If the repaired goods belong to factory, we will repair them free of charge, so please inform us within 7 working days after receiving the goods; If the repaired goods belong to your after-sales service, we will charge a part of repairing cost.
